CaseMonkey offers a completely hassle-free experience of online shopping with an option to pay via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, and Wallets processed through a secure and trusted payment gateway.
ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES APPLICABLE ON MY ORDER?
For prepaid orders, there are no shipping charges. CaseMonkey offers free shipping across the entire store. A flat Rs. 59 charge is applied to all COD orders.
HOW DOES THE DELIVERY PROCESS WORK?
Once our system processes your order, each product is thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in a perfect condition. After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?
An order placed is normally shipped within 1-3 business days. Post shipping the normal delivery time is 2-4 working days. We appreciate your patience. This timeline is subject to change due to both external and internal factors.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

MY ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED IN MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
Don’t worry! This is a completely normal situation. We make products made to order. If there are multiple products, we ship a product as and when it gets processed, not waiting for the whole consignment to be processed. Rest assured, you will only have to pay the shipping/CoD charge if applicable, on the first package you receive.
