What is CaseMonkey’s cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy depends on the type of product you have ordered:

  • Customized Products (User-Uploaded Photos): Orders for custom-printed items can only be canceled if the printing process has not yet begun. Please note that our internal production statuses (such as "to be printed" or "printed") determine this cutoff and may not immediately reflect on your Shopify order tracking panel. Once a custom order enters the printing stage, no cancellations are allowed. In this case, we only allow exchanges if there is an issue or defect with the final product.
  • Standard Products (Non-Customized): For all other non-customized products (like standard Silicone Cases, Glass Cases, Phone Grip Holders, etc.), cancellations are allowed at any time until the product is packed and handed over to our courier partner.

Are there any cancellation charges if I cancel before shipment?

No. If your order is successfully canceled before it is dispatched (or before printing begins for custom items), Prepaid and Partial COD orders will receive a full refund of the amount paid to the original source of payment.

Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?

If you wish to cancel an order after it has already been shipped or handed over to our courier partner, the following conditions will apply:

  • Prepaid Orders: Both the forward and reverse shipping charges will be deducted from your total amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your original source of payment.
  • Partial COD Orders: Whatever partial amount was paid upfront at the time of placing the order is strictly non-refundable.
  • COD Orders: If you refuse or cancel a Cash on Delivery order after it has been shipped, you will be restricted from placing any future COD orders on our website.'

Can I modify my order (change phone model, design, or address) after placing it?

Yes, order modifications are possible as long as your order has not yet been shipped (or entered the printing stage for custom items). For the fastest resolution, we highly recommend contacting our support team via WhatsApp. Our WhatsApp support team usually provides resolutions within 24-48 hours. You can also reach out to us via email.

How and when will I receive my refund for a canceled order?

Once a refund is initiated from our end, it will reflect in your original source of payment within 4 to 6 working days. If you prefer a faster refund via UPI, please get in touch with our support team over WhatsApp with your request and order details.
