Shipping Policy
What are your shipping and COD charges?
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders, irrespective of the order value. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a flat, non-refundable fee of Rs. 60 applies.
We also offer a Partial COD option, which includes a Rs. 30 COD charge plus an upfront payment of either Rs. 99 or 20% of the total order value (whichever is higher).
Please note:
If an order is canceled after it has been dispatched or handed over to our courier partner, or if the delivery fails and is returned to origin (RTO) strictly due to customer unresponsiveness (as detailed under the "What happens if my order fails to deliver (RTO)?" point), the following conditions apply:
- Partial COD Orders: Whatever partial amount was paid is strictly non-refundable. If the customer wants the order to be reshipped, the customer will have to pay charges equal to the forward shipping charges.
- Prepaid Orders: If the customer opts for a refund, the forward and reverse shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. If the customer requests a reshipment, the customer will have to pay charges equal to the forward shipping charges.
Any applicable reshipment charges will be clearly communicated to the customer over our support channels.
How long does it take to process and dispatch an order?
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 days of order placement. This gives us the necessary time to manufacture custom products and ensure every phone case passes our quality checks before it heads your way.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Delivery timelines depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location:

Rest of India: 4 – 7 days

Note on Unforeseen Delays:
While we try our absolute best to deliver on time, delivery timelines may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, natural calamities (such as floods or severe storms), or logistical issues in remote areas. Order cancellations, refunds, or replacements will not be applicable for delays caused by these natural events, as these situations are beyond our control.
Which courier partners do you use?
We partner with trusted logistics providers, including Delhivery, Bluedart, and Amazon Shipping. Our system automatically selects the best and fastest courier option specifically suited for your delivery pincode to ensure a smooth experience.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking updates automatically via email and WhatsApp. You can also monitor your shipment's journey at any time by visiting our dedicated tracking page.
My order is arriving in multiple shipments. Is this normal?
Yes, we sometimes split shipments to get your items to you as quickly as possible. We operate out of multiple warehouses - for example, a customized order might be shipped directly from Warehouse A, while standard silicone cases might ship from Warehouse B, which may be closer to your location. You will receive separate email and WhatsApp notifications for each package, and all items can be tracked on our tracking page.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Because our products are custom-made to order, you can only cancel or modify your order before the shipment leaves our facility. Once your order has been processed and handed over to our delivery partners, it is no longer possible to cancel or modify it.
What happens if my order fails to deliver (RTO)?
Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If there are delivery issues, we will actively reach out to you via multiple phone calls and WhatsApp notifications.
- If the delivery fails due to a courier error: (And you are not at fault), we will either reship the parcel or issue a full refund based on your preference.

If the delivery fails due to customer unresponsiveness: If you do not answer our calls, ignore WhatsApp messages, and the parcel is returned to origin (RTO), the following terms apply:
- Prepaid Orders: A partial refund will be processed after deducting the forward and reverse shipping charges from the total order amount.
- Partial COD Orders: The partial upfront amount paid is non-refundable.
- COD Orders: You will be restricted from placing any future COD orders on our website.
What if I receive a damaged item on delivery?
To be eligible for a free replacement, return, or refund of any damaged item, the buyer must produce an authenticated unboxing video that can support the claim. No replacement claim will be accepted without an unboxing video. If the unboxing video confirms the item was damaged prior to delivery and the customer is not at fault, we will promptly reship the order or process a refund accordingly.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only operate and ship within India.
