Warranty Policy
At CaseMonkey, we don’t just sell accessories; we sell the promise of quality. We carefully source our materials and optimize our printing processes to ensure your gear stands up to your daily hustle. To back this commitment, every product purchased directly from our official website is protected by our 6-Month Warranty.
1. Scope of Coverage
This warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the functional integrity or aesthetic finish of your product. Coverage is defined based on material behavior and failure patterns.
- Structural Solids (Plastics, Silicone, Glass, Metal, MDF): Unexpected cracking, snapping, or structural failure under normal use without external force.
- Sublimation & Permanent Inks (Systemic Failure): Premature, widespread systemic fading or ink de-lamination affecting a substantial portion of the printed surface.
- Adhesive & Bond Integrity: Natural de-lamination or peeling of external prints, internal linings, or adhesive backings (such as those used on Flat Pop Holders or Pop Sliders) where the bond fails spontaneously without external force.
- Functional Malfunctions: Unresponsive buttons, failing magnets, or integrated parts falling off spontaneously under normal usage conditions.
2. Specialized Material Clauses
To ensure fair coverage across our multi-material catalog, the following conditions apply:
- The “Same Design” Rule: Warranty replacements for customized or printed goods are provided on a Like-for-Like basis. The replacement will be manufactured using the exact same image and design provided in the original order.
- The Friction & Point-of-Contact Exclusion: We do not cover the peeling, thinning, or removal of printed layers, internal linings, or external adhesives caused by repeated physical friction. This includes wear occurring at high-contact zones (such as edges, corners, or device entry points) due to sliding the device in and out of pockets, bags, or cases, or from repeated application and removal.
- Color & Resolution: We do not cover claims regarding low resolution or pixelation if the user-provided image was of poor quality. Slight color variations (5–10%) may occur due to the conversion from screen (RGB) to print (CMYK), screen brightness differences, or device display settings such as Night Mode or Reading Mode.
- Fabric & Soft Goods: For items such as Laptop Sleeves, Tote Bags, Desk Mats, and Mouse Pads, coverage is limited to stitching or seam failures and systemic print failure. Damage caused by improper maintenance — including machine washing, bleaching, ironing, or exposure to high-heat drying — is not covered.
- Glass & Metal Integrity: Accidental shattering, dropping, or bending of fragile materials (including Tempered Glass Backed Phone Cases and Metal Posters) is not covered. Manufacturing coverage is limited to print adhesion defects and unnatural structural burrs that deviate from the intended finish.
3. Warranty Exclusions
The following are not covered under warranty claims:
- Standard wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, localized rubbing, or natural dulling of the finish over time.
- Peeling, lifting, or damage caused by intentional pulling, picking, stretching, or forceful separation of materials such as internal linings, skins, or adhesive-based products.
- Accidental damage caused by drops, liquid spills, pressure damage, bending, or excessive force.
- Discoloration, warping, or deformation caused by cleaners, chemicals, perfumes, solvents, heat, moisture, or extreme environmental conditions.
- Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, tampering, dismantling, or repair attempts.
- Products used under commercial, rental, industrial, or abnormal usage conditions.
4. One-Replacement Limit
This warranty entitles the original purchaser to one (1) replacement unit per order. Once a replacement is issued, the warranty for that specific transaction is considered fulfilled.
If a replacement product arrives damaged during transit, it will be addressed under our standard 7-day exchange policy.
5. Claim Verification Protocol
- Reporting Window: Defects must be reported within 48 hours of being noticed.
- Required Proof: Customers must provide the Order ID, Digital Invoice, and clear photo/video evidence of the defect.
- Reverse Logistics: Reverse pickup can be arranged by CaseMonkey, with applicable reverse shipping charges borne by the customer.
- QC Inspection: A mandatory Quality Check is performed upon arrival at our warehouse (verified via unboxing video). Replacements are processed only if the product passes this inspection.
6. Shipping & Availability
- Replacement Shipping Fees: Shipping charges for replacement units are calculated based on your Pincode and must be cleared via our official payment methods before dispatch.
- Inventory Availability: If a specific model, design, or color is discontinued, customers may select an alternative product of the same value.
- Price Protection: Customers will not be charged any price difference if the product price has increased since the original purchase.
7. Final Terms
Warranty claims are eligible for replacement only. Monetary refunds are not issued after the initial 7-day return period.
CaseMonkey reserves the right to modify these warranty terms to adapt to operational requirements, logistical changes, and evolving industry standards.
