This product-specific policy outlines your protections and the strict verification protocols we use to maintain brand integrity.

1. Scope of Coverage & "Lifetime" Definition

  • What is Covered: This warranty strictly and exclusively covers material yellowing or systemic discoloration of the transparent TPU/polycarbonate chassis under normal usage conditions.
  • Definition of "Lifetime": "Lifetime" is defined as the active commercial lifespan of the specific device model's inventory on CaseMonkey.in. As long as CaseMonkey actively manufactures or stocks cases for your specific phone model, you are eligible for a replacement.
  • The Discontinuation Alternate: If your phone case model is discontinued and no longer stocked in our inventory, the warranty remains honored. In this event, you will be issued a 50% store discount coupon valid toward any new phone case or product available on our website.
  • The One-Replacement Limit: To prevent systemic abuse, this lifetime guarantee entitles the original purchaser to one (1) free replacement unit per original purchase. This warranty applies strictly to the original item bought; the replacement case itself carries no warranty, and the contract is considered fully executed once the single replacement is fulfilled.

2. Warranty Exclusions

This specialized policy does not cover any defects unrelated to material yellowing. Exclusions include, but are not limited to:

  • Accidental damage, drops, cracks, structural breaks, or shattered components.
  • Installation failures, scratches, scuffs, localized surface rubbing, or normal wear and tear.
  • Discoloration or degradation caused by exposure to harsh chemicals, solvents, perfumes, extreme heat, or abnormal environmental conditions.
  • Any purchases made through unauthorized third-party sellers. This warranty is valid only for orders placed directly on our official website.

3. Strict 2-Step Verification Protocol

To protect our brand from edited digital media or fraudulent claims, all requests must pass through our mandatory Dual-Verification Framework:

  • Step 1 - Digital Video Screening: To initiate a claim, you must email or WhatsApp our support team with your Order ID and a continuous, unedited video of the case. The case must be placed flat on a pure white sheet of paper under bright, natural daylight, showing all angles clearly.
  • Step 2 - Physical Quality Check (QC) Return: If the video screening is approved, the case must be physically returned to our warehouse for a final Quality Check.

    Reverse Logistics: CaseMonkey can arrange a reverse pickup for your convenience. The reverse shipping/pickup charges must be borne entirely by the customer.
    Non-Serviceable Pincodes: If your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you must self-ship the product to our designated warehouse address at your own expense.
    Final Inspection: Upon arrival, a mandatory unboxing and physical QC inspection is performed. Replacement units are processed only if the physical item passes this inspection and confirms authentic material yellowing.

4. Fulfillment & Shipping Costs

  • Replacement Costs: If your claim passes the physical QC inspection, CaseMonkey will provide the replacement case completely free of charge.
  • Forward Shipping: While the customer covers the reverse logistics/pickup cost, CaseMonkey will fully absorb the forward shipping costs to deliver your pristine new replacement case.
  • Like-for-Like Replacements: The replacement case will match your original ordered model and specifications. No design, color, or model changes are permitted.

How to Initiate a Claim:

If your case has experienced yellowing and you meet all the criteria above, please contact our support desk with your Order ID and your Natural Light Verification Video. We aim to process all verified claims within 3-5 business days.

CaseMonkey reserves the right to make final determinations regarding the authenticity of yellowing claims based on physical inspection parameters.
